| USA member can be required to fill in the W-9 Federal Tax or W8-BEN form to complete this application. |
| Minimum payout for PayPal is $1 |
| Payments are made weekly for all affiliates, but we reserve the right to hold commission payments till we receive cash from our partners. |
| All the payments are made in USD. |
| We have zero tolerance for fraudulent traffic generation methods (including but not limited to: listings on newsgroups, bulk e-mailing, icq postings, or chatroom/irc postings, hit bots, robots, spiders, scrapers, multiple clicking scripts, zeroframes, iframes, IRC cheats). |
| You may not entice users into clicking on links. |
| Member may not beg, ask, entice, or incentivize users into clicking on our links. |
| You may not mislead visitors into believing that he/she will receive anything other than You offer. |
| Members will not be credited for majority of the traffic that originates from countries not covered by our partners. |
| We don't pay for SPAM traffic. |
| Referring pages must not be password protected in any way. |
| We save Your IP address, Registration Data and Last login time to protect our system against fraud. |
| We have the right to stop all our cooperation at any moment without warning. |
| HyperLinkCash reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice. |
